MEET OUR FOUNDER
Stacie Koch, RN
Stacie Koch is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience in healthcare. Her background includes surgical nursing, correctional health, and home health, with much of her correctional nursing experience spent in leadership roles. This has given her a strong foundation in patient safety, clinical judgment, and high level decision making.
With a passion for aesthetics and natural results, Stacie focuses on enhancing her clients’ features in a way that feels subtle, balanced, and never overdone. She specializes in neurotoxins, beautifully enhanced lips, facial balancing, microneedling, and IV infusion therapy, always taking a personalized approach to each treatment.
Her approach is designed for both women and men who want to look refreshed and confident while still feeling like themselves. Aesthetic treatments are not about changing how you look, but enhancing what is already there in a natural and approachable way.
Stacie is committed to continuing education and advanced training in aesthetics, allowing her to expand services while maintaining a high standard of safety and care.

MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Jason Weyer, MD
Dr. Jason Weyer is a board certified family physician based in Thermopolis, Wyoming, and is affiliated with Hot Springs Health. He earned his medical degree from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at the North Colorado Family Medicine Program.
With over 18 years of clinical experience, Dr. Weyer has a diverse medical background that includes hospice and palliative care, sports medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics, hospital medicine, emergency care, and obstetrics. He is board certified in Family Medicine and is an active member and fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
As Medical Director for AVIÄ Aesthetics, Dr. Weyer provides clinical oversight, ensuring all treatments are performed safely, ethically, and within established standards of care.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Weyer is also a private pilot and shares a passion for aviation, aligning with the elevated and inspired vision behind AVIÄ Aesthetics.
